Active Meditation

Active Meditation is a type of meditation that uses movement or expression in order to release stress and detoxify the body and mind so that it’s easier to meditate. Active Meditations start with an activity such as laughing, dancing, shaking, humming or active breathing techniques and then progress into stillness. Most Active Meditations end with 15 mins of lying down and resting.
